What is Ayurveda and how does it work?
Ayurveda is a classical Indian system of holistic health. It balances mind, body and spirit through herbs, diet, lifestyle and therapies tailored to your constitution (prakriti) and current imbalances (vikriti).
Do I need a consultation before medicines?
Yes for most classical formulations. Medicines are dispensed after guidance so dose and duration fit you — not a blind cart checkout.
How long until I notice results?
Ayurveda works with the body's natural rhythms. Some people feel calmer digestion or sleep within days; deeper change often unfolds over weeks of consistent use.
Can I take Ayurvedic supplements with regular medicines?
Many people do, but herb–drug interactions are possible. Share your full medication list with a qualified Ayurvedic doctor or physician before combining anything new.
Can I pick up or get medicines delivered?
